Just a reminder about our Big Celebration on February 1 and February 5.     An addition to the 1st. We are incorporating “Knit Night” from 5-9 also so it will be a full day !!!          There will not be Knit Night Feb 2.      Make sure to read the previous post about the two events.                                                                                    We have the dates for the floor repair now so….Serendipity will be closed Monday,  February 13 and reopen Tuesday, February 21.  Now remember to keep knitting.   Make sure to come on the 1st..:)   You will have homework while the shop is getting all spruced up!!  I want to see progress on you projects when I get home from Florida.  Yes we are going South, cause we  have to !!!   Happy Knitting :)

As we welcome 2012, Henry and I reflect on the year past. It was a year to be sure. Beginning with the Blizzard of 2011 in Feburary and his back surgery to unrest with the economy. We want to thank all of you for your loyal patronage and support. We cherish the new friends we have made and the old friends that keep coming back. We wouldn’t be the shop we are without you. Our customers and our friends!

We look forward to 2012 being a turn around year. We have seen it already! It’s hard to believe we are starting our 3rd year February 1st.

Join us February 1, 2012 for Serendipity’s  2nd Anniverary Party.

The day will be filled with all kinds of surprises and you don’t want to miss them!  We will be open 10-6:00. Bring your knitting/crocheting/spinning etc…spend the day and enjoy.

FYI…We will be closed on Mondays from now on.

We will be working on our floor mid February and will be closed for a few days. Dates not yet decided, but will post them on the calendar. But don’t worry. We won’t be without yarn!  Another reason you need to come to our 2nd Anniversary Party…We’ll keep you busy while the shop is closed !!! :)

Check the calendar often.  We are always adding new classes and events.  Gotta tell ya, Abi of High Prairie Fibers is bursting with ideas and lots of them.  Can’t wait to post more here soon.  :)

Holiday Hours:

Serendipity will be closing at 2:00 on Christmas Eve and will be closed Dec 25 and 26. Also we will close at 2:00 on New Years Eve and will be closed January 1 and 2.

Beginning January 1, 2012 Serendipity will be closed on Mondays.

 We will still be opened Sunday… January 8, 15, 22, , and of course Jan 29 for Super Bowl Knitting. Noon-4:00.

Help us celebrate Bowl Month with special knitting/felting projects each Sunday. Jan 8, knitting coaster with roving…Jan 15, knitting a bowl with roving…Jan 22, embellishing your felted projects and Super Bowl Sunday we will show off our creations!!! Come enjoy the fun.
